Terrible service... been there several times and the service has just got worse.. went there again a few weeks ago to get my free birthday pretzel and showed him my phone which he scanned I wanted to pay for a cheese... he charged me for the pretzel. Went back a week later to get my actual free birthday pretzel... got dirty looks. Half the time the pretzels are stale and seem as if they have been sitting out ALL day and night. I won't be going back to this location ever again.
Good pretzels... needs to add a gluten free option!
