New edit: soda tasted like seltzer water called for 20 minutes before I got an answer. I was offered to be mailed (3-4weeks) a coupon for a free drink.
They love service animals here. They were so welcoming to us even more so then our own home town is to us. It made our stay in West Bend so fun. I highly recommend this McDonald's.
Verified order at the cashier window....good thing we did as it was incorrect. Then we had to wait for our order ... the receipt was time stamped 512 pm and the last time I recall the time it was 528. A man brought us our food .and gave us 2 cards for free value meals. We ordered food for 3 adults and 2 children. We arrive home to find that one of the chicken nuggets is not in the bag, my mother called the store and was told that they did not have time to take her complaint! It is now well over 2 hours later and no one answers when she calls the store.
Fast food, need I say more. The burgers are getting so small it’s making me think where is the beef. Burger King increased there burger meat size and it tastes better and they fill you up. I would skip this place and go where you get more meat for your dollars. Amen.
Cant go here without your order being messed up. Order no ice in your drink get extra ice, order no pickle on your sandwich get pickles even though the no pickle tag is on it. At least the people are generally decent.
Also the food was not even hot!! So I am unsure why it took so long to get cold food, and not even all the cold food we paid for
Kids are not taught how to smile and/or at least be happy you have the job. If you dont want to be working counter, then leave!!!
