This was my first visit to Bob's and had a very positive experience. They did an oil change and tire rotation for me. They also advised of service that may be needed in the future, but didn't feel it was something to be concerned about. I appreciated their honest and friendly service and will definitely be back for future work.
I really can't say enough good things about my experience. From the first phone call to confirm my appointment, to the friendliness of the staff, to the time they took to explain everything to me, and the quality of the repairs, it was all absolutely wonderful. I had a vehicle disablement after sliding into a median in the snow. I called Bob's and dispatch was quick and courteous. The tow truck driver, Dave, was phenomenal. Because of a broken ball joint on my tire from hitting the median, it required extra efforts to get the car on the truck. Dave did an exceptional job with all of it, efficiently loading my vehicle while taking extra precautions to avoid any further damage to the vehicle. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and friendly disposition, making a frustrating situation less miserable. I would recommend Bob's, and you'll be fortunate if you get Dave as the tow truck operator.
My day started off stressful with a car that wouldn't drive, but after State Farm Roadside connected me with Bob's and tow truck driver Dave things started to look up. Dave was personable, helpful and efficient, and really put me at ease during a difficult morning. So grateful!
I needed my truck towed to my house and Mike E came to the rescue! Extremely nice guy! I was bummed about my engine blowing up but he kinda cheered me up when we were driving to my destination. Mike has a set of skills I haven't seen before! When filling out paperwork in his truck, he was done before signing the paperwork! Mike E is an awesome guy and definitely knows what he is doing. Very fast and friendly with my vehicle! I hope I get him again when I'm in need of a tow!! Amazed with his skills and his friendliness.
