Sean is always on top of things! At times there are not enough cars or inappropriate cars available to use, but he tries to anticipate the entire days requests when renting them out, which comes with many challenges, especially when he is not stocked appropriately. With winter coming on, the little economy cars are not safe or desired. Please stock him with proper standard vehicles so he can continue to make his customers, like me, happy!

I have rented from this location a few times. Everyone is always super friendly and I've never had any issues. On my last visit to Wisconsin I had some trouble with the airport enterprise location and the West Bend team took care of everything. Thank you to Shawn especially for restoring my faith in Enterprise!
