We've taken all three of our cars there for various fixes. They are fast and reliable. They kept us updates throughout the entire process and fit us in the same day every time. They accept cash, check or cards. The work quick and always left my car clean!
They have diagnosed several things on my older vehicles the old fashioned way and have been accurate. Their competitors want to use all their new-fangled equipment and charge exorbitantly simply to find the problem (and presumably get return on their investment). THEN, they charge to actually fix the problem. There are a lot of repair shops out there that operate like this for the sole purpose of adding to the service ticket. Quality Car Care does not operate this way, and I appreciate that.
