Scott was super accommodating to all of our out of town bridal party, great with communication and making sure we were keeping on track throughout the wedding planning. Several of our groomsmen mentioned to my husband how nice he was to work with and how much better the prices were than what they are used to at Men's Wearhouse. The guys looked great and the navy blue tux we chose had the modern slim fit my husband was hoping for. Couldn't be happier!
"Very Delighted" I was out of time and leaving the next day for my son's wedding in California. I couldn't believe that I didn't have a suit yet and I was looking up men's clothing places in Mequon and Brookfield, because that's where I thought you had to go, to really look impressive. Lucky for me my buddy said, "Why don't you just go to Sager's"? That proved to be some of the best advice I have ever received. I knew where Sager's was, in downtown West Bend, but didn't know what they did. I called them and Scott said, come on in. Within the hour he had walked me through, taken some measurements and turned me loose for about an hour to finish up my other errands. Then later Wow, he had put me into a Tuxedo and it was everything I could have hoped for. Such attention to detail; I looked like a million bucks at the wedding! The whole time working with Sager's, Scott was right to the point, very professional and efficient and sensitive to my specific needs. Scott Sager is super friendly and funny. And he works fast as well. Not to mention that the tuxes are a much better price than any other place we looked at.
Great customer service
Went in for a tux fitting on my lunch hour to get measurements for a different store altogether out of Appleton. Super friendly, in and out, and no issues at all. When my sons are old enough for Prom, we'll be going here.
