Great bargain. Great variety of machines and weights but beyond that great relaxation machines. I have studied exercising and the vast majority of experts say that relaxation phase is just as important, or more important than intense weight training. I think the chairs and beds are a must-have and for just ten bucks a month more, a real bargain!
I absolutely enjoy my time at Planet Fitness. So many helpful people including the staff and other members. Love the Sheridan Village location in Peoria Illinois. Would definitely recommend it to anyone young or old to give us a try.
Nice month to month options. Clean gym, lots of extras like food and drinks, tanning area, massage chair, water massage bed. They are also sensitive to keeping it a safe space for people to work out without being exposed to extreme work out guys or girls. It's a gym of the people, not the extreme.
Work out on anything you want and leave when ever you want! No set times, only your own !!! Love it
