I would not recommend this company for custom window replacement. Installed scratched up windows, with sloppy upper joints and screens with gaps in the corners and claim its standard even though sales person nor advertising photos or description in print informed me if this. Who would by damaged windows????? And management (regional) had the audacity to tell me people were paid bonus already...nothing they were willing to do. Which is extremely unprofessional. Every person I came in to contact with had a different story. Poor customer service, they ignore you !!! I have been dealing with this for months. Follow up is horrible and now no one will contact me!!! Funny they were fast to take my money! They lost out on a lot of future business.
I stopped at the West Bend location to purchase a pressure washer. Only one box on the floor that was extremely damaged. Upon asking an employee I was told that they could not get down a box from the top shelf. When I asked if they could get someone that would be able to do that I was told they went home early today and we have no one to operate the lift. They then turned their back on me and proceeded to do the stocking on the shelves that they were doing prior to me approaching them. I felt this employee was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I don't think I'm going to ever be returning to that location. Management needs to do a serious look at their employee/ customer relations.
Great HD location.. I'm hosed, so wife is getting the driveway salt... the staff fell over each other rushing to carry the the heavy bags out! Always helpful, bought all of our remodeling stuff there and rented associated equipment too... their design staff helped us get the right custom sized stuff ordered correctly.. place across the street needs help to catch up.

Charles in the plumbing department was awesome. I showed him a very rough sketch, and he cheerfully gelled me build a photo booth out of pvc pipe.
