Quick and friendly
Been sitting here for over an hour and a half. They said wait time was 30 mins to an hour . it says first come first serve except in emergency. But ppl come and go and we sit. Er visit would be faster ! Urgent care in west bend is a joke.
Was very polite and understanding as well as knowledgeable on the questions and concerns I had when calling over the phone prior to coming in. Walk-In's are allowed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Also open on weekend for walk in care.
