I'm pleased with the overall experience with all state. Prices and coverage are great. State farm, American family didn't even come close to the service or the price of the coverage. Jeff Neumann knows in today's markets people need the best bang for there hard eran money and know they have help when they need it most. All State price and service are above the rest. I'm one of those guys that year after year I shop around to see if my prices and coverage are in check. Every year All State stood above the rest. So thank you All state.
Korey is patient, kind, professional and helpful. Adding a new teenage driver had lots of questions and she explained everything wonderful. Also, being a newer (over a year now) customer they had saved me over $500 a year between our autos and home insurance. We had been with our previous insurance for over 18 years. Should of switched insurance sooner.
Korie Hall is Wonderful! She has great customer service skills. She took her time and answered all of the many questions I had even when I knew it was close to their closing time (especially on a friday) , she made me feel very comfortable in our decision to be insured by All State and besides the good rates and coverage she was a main reason we decided to go with All State!
