After hearing our dilemma she referred us to Kathleen Kwakkel who again was patient, very knowledgeable, and educated us on our son Tim's driving background and issued us a Voters card to use for Identification until we can pay the penalties.
Very nice for a DMV location! Fast, friendly service... good "who's next^ waiting list screen. Good helper at the greeting desk. Nice to be able to say nice things at a WI DMV site!
I went in for a name change on my Drivers license. I was in and out VERY QUICK!!!!!! SO OEDERLY!!!!!! FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I never would of imagined that I would ever say the words fast and organized when describing the DMV.
My wife, my son and I entered the facility and were greeted by Ms.Lynn Metzger who is the sweetheart of the DMV. Lynn was so kind, helpful and patient with our questions, concerns.
