Last Tuesday, I called my order in ahead of time as I was on my way somewhere with a schedule to keep, but when I arrived, I still had no choice but to wait in a line six deep. All employees were busy with their own tasks, and the young man at the register was focused on taking orders. As I waited, I watched a young lady make sandwiches while her long hair hung down around her visor and literally touched the food as she worked. When it was finally my turn at the register, after getting my food that had been waiting up on the counter, I pointed out the girl's hair hanging into the food as she worked, simply suggesting she tie it back. The young man seemed terribly uninterested in my concerns, only anxious to take orders of the people in line behind me. I left doubting he would pass my thoughts along to management as requested. My first impression of this location is dull employees providing mediocre customer service without the capacity to think for themselves. I will not be returning.
Can't wait for a Jersey Mikes to get put in that location when they fail due to this new delivery zone.
Sadness. Food is good. Delivery service is a joke. I live in west bend and I am out of their service delivery range!!! Been ordering for years! No more I guess
We are 1.3 miles from them, and they quit delivering to our Neighborhood .Ridiculous! Very rude when I asked why...
Ever heard of we can't drive to your location? I haven't until some lazy guy doesn't want to do work and get there driver tipped. Who ever answered the call is scum. I'm a 3 min drive, who would have tipped better then these old people who think the delivery charge is the tip. The manager needs to get his head straight and hire someone who is competent. I use to be a driver and a 5 min drive was so easy. I have had my friends ordered to my house before, the only thing that has changed is probably your employees. Never ever heard a company not taking easy money.
Don't understand how they make it much longer, not a place to eat besides delivery....and they just basically quit that.
Completely disappointed...ordered a party platter for my daughters bday, which she requested we have Jimmy John's. When I called to order, i couldnt get anything on the side, like onions or tomatoes. Either it was on the sub or you dont get it. When we were about to eat, the subs looked as if they were rushed to be made. Totally sloppy, barely any meat, it was basically all lettuce. I pretty much paid $50 for lettuce & bread. This is not what I expect when i go to Jimmy Johns. Next time, I'll either go to a different location or a different company all together.
