We rented two storage units from this location for over a year. We paid rent on the 15th of the month. We vacated one unit on 9/28 and plan to vacate the second unit on 10/28. For both units they are requiring that we pay an entire month of rent (they are refusing to prorate or apply one units credit to the other unit). The woman at the front office said she has a waiting list of people. Essentially they are collecting double rent. We were going to use them as movers too but they lost out on our business.
River road moved my mother from a senior apartment to assisted living. We also used their storage facility. Barb and her crew were wonderful with everything!! They were extremely flexible and very helpful with packing and handling my mother's things. Thanks for the great service!
The team was wonderful and very professional. Dan is a great team leader. Tony and Jeff on Friday in our hottest day this summer so far worked really hard. We finish up on Sat due to a crazy delay and got Austin as part of the team instead of Jeff. Great teamwork guys. Thanks so much. Too bad I did not hire them to unpack....
I came in and waited for 10 minutes to ask about a 5x10 storage unit and the front desk lady laughed in my face and told me she had no openings.
