They don't care about the residents. The people on the board are on such a power trip it's not even funny. They changed this building to 55 and older by a stupid loophole! Any vote not turned in (were handed to each resident) was counted as a yes. Now you tell me this if I were to not vote for President one guy just wouldn't get my vote now would he. In addition to this rule there is another stipulation that states that even though we OWN our condo we are not allowed to rent it out! What is that about we own it!?! Really nice condos but HORRIBLE board! Seeing legal advice to overturn ruling!
