I have a tanning package elsewhere because I live 40 mins away, but still come to Tan'R You when I am in the area (about once a month). The beds are okay.. a lot smaller than where I normally go. If you are a little overweight I can imagine that it might get uncomfortable, as I am not and the beds are really small. The staff is nice here. Beds are always clean.. even if I look for a dirty spot, I can't find one. I feel the bulbs are not crazy strong, as it might take 5 tans in the level 4 bed to get a basic tan (yet not very noticeable). This will cost you five $14-a-tan sessions for a basic tan. That is a lot of money considering at the place that I go, I pay $20 a month for a basic membership and then $3 a tan to upgrade to a bed comparable to Tan'R YOU's level 4 bed... but at the place I go, I could go twice and a better tan than I do 5 times at Tan'R You. I gave this place four stars because the place is very clean and the staff is nice. I just think that the beds need to be upgraded to keep up with other tanning salons. They are seriously uncomfortably small.
I have tanned at all 3 Salons and love them. I use the West Bend salon now and they have a great staff who are always positive and happy to see you. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. They make you feel very welcome and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. Stephanie is a great help and always assists with any questions I have. The salon is always clean and kept up. If you follow them on Facebook they always have specials running. The specials are worth checking in on. A lot of the time you can get lotions for 30-40% off. The staff will go over different lotions with you to help you find something you like. They also usually have packages on sale too! They offer a variety of products and services and are conveniently located right off the highway.
The staff overall is exceptional friendly and welcoming except for daytime woman. Sadly I have heard others voicing the same comments that I have.
