By far the biggest joke of a business I've ever had to deal with. The parking lot is always a muddy bumpy disaster, its impossible to get a hold of the owner, and there have been many thefts. Would not recommend these units to my worst enemy. I don't normally write reviews but felt it was necessary to warn other people from being robbed by the cheating unorganized owners of these units. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Do not expect to get your deposit back. The units (once you get to them after deep holes throughout gravel drive) are clean and I thought reputable. Was I wrong! If I could rate them less than one star, I would!
Many storage units have been broken into. Difficult to contact owner at times. Driveway is in terrible condition. Can barley get in and out with a car. Drainage inside units is terrible. Would never put anything of value inside. Puddles in units when it rains.
Owner is garbage, impossible to get a hold of and when you leave your lock on so nobody can vandalize your unit before your leaving date and forget to take it back of after you leave, he will "assume" you still are there and continue to charge you even though you wrote his stupid 30 day notice letter. Then when you tell him how ignorant he is he will send you to collection over $25
Rented here for almost 5, yes 5, years. Never had issues with management. Rent was only raised by 5.00 ONE TIME. drive had been worked on and is in better condition. Received my security deposit back fast. Thankful they were available for me.
