Great care for your pooch!!! and other critters. They truly love dogs and specifically our greyhound. They are so loving and caring it's unbelievable! Some evening hours are available. Docs and nurses and techs are Great! Take your pooch there with confidence.
Great staff, always willing to help out once you get there and very knowledgeable Vet staff. They help out with cost by also not pushing one type of medication if you need some for your animal. They will help you find alternatives that help you out.
Disappointed in my service. We used frontline gold on all 3 of my cats and two weeks later we were still pulling live fleas off all of them. Now they are chewing and licking raw spots into their body and pulling fur out. When I called Parkdale, they referred me back to frontline, who won't help me until my cats have been under treatment for 3 months. Paying $60 a month for treatment that clearly isn't working is out of the question for me, but all Parkdale is willing to do is offer more treatment for more expense. They are not willing to back the product they prescribed or offer any relief for my cat unless I pay more, so I feel like I've wasted the money on the office visit and treatment. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I have been using parkdale for over 13 years! I can't say enough about the vets and staff. The prices are extremely fair for the knowledge, love, care, and support you receive from this clinic. The tech's are great and show extreme passion in what they do.
I love love love this place and all of the staff. They are so sweet and we'll go out of their way for you to make your poor little pet feel better. One of the girls sat and held my girlfriend's small dog on her lap while she had lunch just to give him some love.
