Ok options, but high priced. They have a once a year sale around Christmas that seems to be a great time to shop there. Customer service is good on site, but beware of their credit card program and make sure you get paper statements, credit customer service is terrible
One of my favorite Department stores
Used to be a great place to shop.....I used to love this store because of the wide selection and the great sales they have. Trying to get a shopping cart through the isles and around the clothing is next to impossible. It seemed as though there were sales people everywhere until I needed help, then I couldn't find one. Once I did she was cold, so was the cashier at checkout. Not very welcoming, store isn't as nice as it once was and neither is the staff. There are better places to shop where business is appreciated.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The staff is not helpful or nice. The staff at the check out are not nice and when you ask if they can do something for you that another store said they are able to do at all stores they shoot you down and talk back to the customers. If you have to go to a Boston store in this area I recommend going to the Bayshore mall location where all the employees are nice and willing to go out of their way to help you out.
The coupons basically are jokes. Tons of rules and can not use for anything.
