The associates greeted us the second we walked into the door and explained the entire layout of the store and how the system works. Once we found the couch we wanted the woman who helped us got everything done super fast. Amazing customer service! Will definitely come back to shop for more furniture after this experience!
Great prices and selection but need to look up the definition of "In Stock"..If you have to order a item that has a In Stock sign on it IT IS NOT IN STOCK!
I love this place. Awesome selection, awesome prices. Yes, most items aren't actually in Stock & yes you'll have to wait for them. But the price is worth the wait. Some things might come in within a week. Other things you might have to wait several weeks for. We've furnished almost our entire house, from them though. You just have to have patience.
