This "hometown place" is one of the the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. I purchased a very large, expensive sectional out of a catalog, because the sales lady told us that what we wanted was similar to what was displayed on the floor. She also sold us on the memory foam instead of the regular foam cushions. We received the sectional and it was NOTHING like the floor model she showed us and sits extremely hard. I called the manufacturer and they told us they couldn't help us since it was special order. I called WBFD and he couldn't do anything because it was special order. DO NOT EVER SPECIAL ORDER A PRODUCT AS THEY WILL TRY AND SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T LIKE. Then, not even a month into having the piece of junk, the power recliner doesn't work. So I called them, they put their maintenance guy on the phone and he was very rude and could not fix the problem over the phone and said, "I spose I'll drive all the way over" (to my town) which is 20 minutes. This place is just as bad as Ashley's Furniture.
