Competitive pricing and excellent customer service! Especially from an employee by the name of rheese. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me from the moment I walked in. Will definitely consider buying another pair of work boots here again!
Horrible! I walk in to find 4 workers all talking at the desk, no one came over to ask if I needed help. When I did approach the desk and asked if they have sling back heels the worker looked at me dumbfounded and said "I don't know what that is!" I turned to another female worker and she looked up (finally) and said "I'm sorry I wasn't listening." Are you serious?!?! Horrible customer service! Never will return!

I have been going to Rogan's for shoes for at least 10 years. Yesterday I stopped there to buy some work boots. I would have settled for either steel toed or non. I was surprised, to say the least, that the Redwings that I have been wearing have gone from $120 to $205. Also, the store (West Bend) only stocks D's & E's and up. I would have settled for a C width, even though I am an A width. No one even suggested or offered to order shoes that would fit me, much less measure my size and width. I find it hard to believe that you must wear a D or EE width in order to buy a pair of work boots at Rogan's. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
