Worst customer service ever witnessed. Today, a person who turned out to be the owner of the store, lit into an older woman who was a customer at the store. After his tirade he walked away and said "There's a name for people like you". I'll certainly never give this man a dollar of my money, and hope others choose not to as well.
I always find what I'm looking for and employees working during my visists are always kind and helpful. Prices are very good and they always have my size in stock. This is one of the only places my family and I will go to purchase shoes.
Kind of hard to find shoes. The service isn't the best and the shoe selection really isn't all that good.
Great prices. Half of what you would likely spend at Rogans & that includes Rogans so called deal were u buy 1 n get the other pair half off and not much of a deal considering they mark up there shoe prices well above normal retail prices. Ataff at Shoe Dept. is friendly and helpful. They don't follow u around the store like u r a thief and don't tell u that u have to leave your backpack that happens to be full of experience and irreplaceable items with some kid behind the counter. Bottom line Shoe Dept is my new 1 stop shopping source for great priced shoes. Can't wait for Rogans to go out of business.
