I called to have our dishwasher repaired and was told they would be here the next day between 1 and 3. No one showed up or called. I called them back to see what happened and the woman was rude, put me on hold and then hung up on me. I believe this company needs some quality reception help along with some simple organization. Will not be asking for service nor recommending them to anyone for any reason
Bought a washer and dryer delivery men damaged my floor. Sent out Wayne's floor covering his price was 1200.00 higher than Mayville floor covering. Store manager talked to me like I am a third class person not very nice. I asked to talk to the owner the person on the phone said I see his car I will give him the message never heard from him. The store manager turned it over to there insurance they called and offered a little more than half for the job. I had to go through my insurance. I would not buy anything from them again.if you decide to buy anything a lawyer with you will need him if anything goes wrong. Thanks for reading this it may change your mind to deal with this company.
