Sprints customer service is absolutely terrible not to mention their phone service overall. If you cancel, trying to get your money back is a JOKE! They are good at telling you what you want to hear. Very dissatisfied with Sprint and this store.
The couple of boys (by no means can I justify calling them men) behind the counter barely knew how to work a cell phone let alone shower for work. Unprofessional appearance, lack of manners and severe management understaffing was the impression I got while browsing for a new plan. Needless to say, I went with Verizon.
Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Really took care of me and my family.
Great customer service, it does get busy and you may have to wait but they really try to get to you as soon as they can.
