Beautiful park. Not very crowded... kind of a hidden jewel. Great loop tralls... dogs are allowed and love it! Runs a long a river with some pools with fish (and places for dogs to take a dip)! Lots of glacier-created elevation changes... some really tall hills and formations. Facilitates for parties and picnics. Fall colors are incredible!
It has a great playground, soccer field and trails for hiking. Fishing is also allowed in the river. I love walking along the river.
I love this park! However it's increasingly becoming popular, and the parking lot doesn't accommodate for everyone. Especially on a day where a rented out picnic area has 50 people in it's party.. need more parking please!! :)
I love this park!!! I can hike for a full day and still not witness the whole lot. I can fish and usually bring home a few decent panfish. The two separate playgrounds are very nice. The upper playground with the outside workout area needs to find a way to get rid of all of the MANY swarms of bees and wasps. The park is very well kept up otherwise!
