I will not go to the West Bend location any longer. I go around dinner time and am sick of waiting an hour and a half for my order. This location has given me food poisoning on 2 different occasions.
Standard Applebee's fair, cool decor and friendly service. Problems with this location... way too long of a wait to get a table, and WAY too long to get someone to take an order, and WAYYYYY too long to get it after ordering. Last time there, we had to ask the waitress 3 times do an update because we were concerned that our order was lost. Their menu is shy of gluten free selections... need to catch up on that.
Applebees normally doesn't disappoint but neither food nor service were great my last visit. Only dropped 1 star in hopes just a 1 time disappointment.

This is the WORST Applebees I've ever been to! There was no hostess to seat us and we waited like 10 minutes before someone finally came and just seated us at the closest both/table. Our drinks came right away which was surprising considering the service. Then after we ordered our food they brought the wrong vegetable side and the steak was over cooked. She brought me a new one which was good but then put extra charges on the check, like two extra 2/20s. Do not go here if you can avoid it!
