Service was very, very slow, we had to wait for our choice of sauce so long our food was cold by the time we got it. When we finally were able to eat, it was good. Don't plan to get in and out quickly.
Came at 5 pm expecting a line and a wait because of the dinner rush. Surprised the place was empty. Staff was very courteous and let me sample a few things I hadn't tried yet. They were delicious, but I went with my favorite, the orange chicken. The tables were all clean, and the place was spotless. I live about twenty minutes away, but it's so worth the drive. I read the other reviews and my experiences here do not match. I'm willing to wait a few minutes for hot, fresh food, but as I said this time I didn't have to. Panda Express was prepared, and I really enjoyed my visit.
So - if you come in and there's a line of people waiting for food, you're not leaving anytime soon. This is such a common occurrence when I come in here, I think I might skip panda all together.
Absolutely poor and slow service. We were told to pull ahead and that our wait would be about 5 minutes but instead we waited about 25 minutes. We appreciate the free large drink but we will not be returning...
The food is good... But we chose the drive thru so we could get home quicker. 25 min wait was pretty long. At least they were nice? :)
Want to stand in line and watch lazy teenagers NOT make food when they're completely out? Absolutely no hustle, no manager in sight who knew how to get people to hustle.
