Spaghetti and meatballs was usually good. This time very dry, even added a can of diced tomatoes. Still awfully dry and no flavor. The woman behind the counter appeared to be dirty. Didn't want to take my change. Very dissatisfied!!!!! Won't go back. GROSS!!!!:(
Love some dishes here and some I don't like at all. But the dishes I so like are fantastic
I always have a great experience at the Noodles & Co. in West Bend WI, but today was particularly wonderful. I placed an order to go and, as always, the service was excellent. As I drove home with my food, someone cut me off and I had to stop fast, sending the food flying all over the floor of my car. I had already been having a very stressful day, and if the food was only for me, I would've just gone home. But it was for my kids and they were really looking forward to it, so I went back. I explained why I was back again and placed another order, practically near tears from the stress of a long day. The manager was standing right there and he told the cashier not to charge me for my order, and even told me to take a couple desserts! I couldn't believe it! I am never that lucky. I told the manager(I really wish I remembered his name) that he had no idea how much I appreciated his kind gesture and he totally made my day. I hope that by posting this review, that manager gets the recognition he absolutely deserves. Thank you so, so much sir! You reminded me that there truly are still good people in this world!
Very fast and professional service! The food is great every time we make an appearance! Its always hot and fresh and speedy fast to our table! I love this place! Keep it up staff, your doing a great job!
