I made an appointment for 7 o clock and instead of checking their schedule, they ended up booking everyone at the same time(kept taking people ahead of us) and we would've had to wait an extra half hour to get a simple haircut..Not only did they make us wait but they were rude when dealing with customers so we went some where else instead.
