It was very diappointing . Took 3 hours to do a simple color and cut. Got home and cried. Turned out terrible. Spend the money and gi to a professional salon.
Very disappointed...what is the point of making an appointment if the staff isnt going to adhere to it?! We were told it would be a few minutes... turned out to be almost 30! Our evening plans got pushed back and then rushed because we didn't get serviced when we were told. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Will not return.
