Got lucky when Suzie was there for a haircut, but they are very unorganized and won't or can't tell you when a stylist will be in for planning purposes. Last time we were "On deck" for 25 minutes while 2 stylists were on break or talking a the front desk...we left. Taking the three kids elsewhere now.
Usually my wife is the first critic about my haircut and its normaly not very good. But today Kesha the manager did a great job and I really like my cut today.
